- 10 tender ears corn
- 2 c. milk
- 2 spoons flour or cornstarch
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 bar butter
- 1 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Stir corn kernels from cob and puree.

2Add enough milk to obtain a soft mixture, then add beaten eggs.

3Fold in sifted flour with salt.

4Add melted butter and sugar last.

5Turn into greased pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until golden or inserted cake tester comes out clean.

6Let cool and cut into pieces.
