  • 10 tender ears corn
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 spoons flour or cornstarch
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 bar butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Stir corn kernels from cob and puree.

    Add enough milk to obtain a soft mixture, then add beaten eggs.

    Fold in sifted flour with salt.

    Add melted butter and sugar last.

    Turn into greased pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes until golden or inserted cake tester comes out clean.

    Let cool and cut into pieces.
