  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Mix together, except cheese, and put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Last 15 minutes, top with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
