- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 8 1/2 oz. muffin mix
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute green peppers and onion in margarine.

2Combine with remaining ingredients except cheese.

3Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole.

4Sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

6Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
