  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • salt to taste (1 tsp.)

Directions

    Melt butter; beat in egg.

    Mix all other ingredients in.

    Pour into greased cake pan or 2-quart bowl.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
