  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Melt butter and put into dish.

    Add both cans of corn and juice from corn.

    Mix well.

    Add the package of corn muffin mix and mix well.

    Pour into cake pan.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 55 to 60 minutes.
