  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can regular corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix (example: Jiffy)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except cheese. Bake in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan 20 minutes at 350°.

    Top with cheese and bake an additional 20 minutes.
