  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 to 2 tsp. sugar to taste
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions
