Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 medium onion, diced or 4 to 5 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Place in greased casserole; bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until knife comes out of center clean.
