  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. cornbread stuffing (Pepperidge)
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Melt margarine in casserole.

    Mix all ingredients (onions chopped fine) and pour over margarine.

    Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
