- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in oleo.

2In a large bowl mix corn, salt and eggs. Mix well.

3Stir in sauteed mixture then add cornbread mix and milk. Mix together, pour into grated cake pan.

4Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
