  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (save 1/4 c. liquid for when you mix)
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped (if desired)
