  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • shredded cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, then top with shredded cheese.

    Bake 15 minutes longer.
