- 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions (optional)
Directions

1In oblong baking dish melt 1/2 stick margarine.

2Set aside. Mix both cans of corn, Jiffy cornmeal and sour cream.

3Pour into dish with melted margarine.

4Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 325°.

5Top with cheese (optional) and bake until it melts.
