  • 1 stick margarine (soft)
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel, drained
  • shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

    Mix together corn bread mix, eggs, sour cream and margarine. Fold in the corns.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch or casserole dish and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
