- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 8.5 oz. box corn muffin mix
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine the 2 kinds of corn.

2Stir in sour cream.

3Add slightly beaten eggs and melted margarine.

4Stir in muffin mix. Do not overbeat.

5Pour into ungreased casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

7Remove from oven.

8Top with cheese.

9Put back in oven until cheese melts.

10Cool 10 minutes.

11Great to serve as a side dish with ham at Easter!
