Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 8.5 oz. box corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Combine the 2 kinds of corn.

    Stir in sour cream.

    Add slightly beaten eggs and melted margarine.

    Stir in muffin mix. Do not overbeat.

    Pour into ungreased casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Top with cheese.

    Put back in oven until cheese melts.

    Cool 10 minutes.

    Great to serve as a side dish with ham at Easter!
