- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 small can evaporated milk

1Combine all ingredients together.

2Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes, making sure top is lightly browned.
