- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 small box Jiffy muffin mix
Directions

1Mix all wet ingredients first.

2Then add Jiffy muffin mix. Blend well.

3Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
