  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 small box Jiffy muffin mix

    Mix all wet ingredients first.

    Then add Jiffy muffin mix. Blend well.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out cleanly.
