- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- bell peppers, chopped (as desired)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- cheese
Directions

1Saute pepper and onion in margarine.

2Mix with all other ingredients and bake at 300° about 45 minutes.

3When almost done, sprinkle with grated cheese.

4Put back in oven long enough to melt the cheese.
