  • 1 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 (4 to 5 oz.) can chopped, drained green chilies
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack sliced cheese

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.

    Spread half of the mixture into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch Pyrex baking dish.

    Cover with chilies and cheese.

    Spread remaining batter over the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at 400°.
