  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add the next 5 ingredients, stirring well.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top the last 10 minutes of baking.
