- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- grated cheese (for top)
Directions

1Mix together and pour into casserole dish.

2Bake at 350° until almost done.

3Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake a few more minutes.

4Do not overcook.

5It should be soft in center (30 to 40 minutes).
