  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn (blend corn while frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix corn with sugar, flour and salt mixture.

    Add beaten egg along with milk and butter.

    Pour into greased casserole and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
