- 2 cans Niblets corn or may use 2 cans Mexicorn and juice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small chopped pimiento
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Melt oleo in skillet.

2Saute pepper and onion.

3Mix rest of ingredients except cheese.

4Pour into oblong baking dish (11 x 7-inch).

5Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

6Then sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.

7Return to oven for 10 minutes.
