- 1 c. Bisquick or Pioneer mix
- 1 can green chilies, chopped
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Combine corn and biscuit mix.

2Add egg, oil and milk.

3Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9-inch square casserole dish.

4Cover with cheese; top with chilies.

5Spread remaining corn mixture on top of this and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
