  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. Bisquick or Pioneer mix
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Combine corn and biscuit mix.

    Add egg, oil and milk.

    Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9-inch square casserole dish.

    Cover with cheese; top with chilies.

    Spread remaining corn mixture on top of this and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
