  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except sour cream. Fold in sour cream.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
