  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
