- 1 large can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- grated cheese
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients.

2Melt butter and add last.

3Put in an 8 x 11-inch casserole dish.

4Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 425°. When edges begin to brown, take out and top with grated cheese (will melt without putting back in oven).
