  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn
  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Melt butter and add last.

    Put in an 8 x 11-inch casserole dish.

    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 425°. When edges begin to brown, take out and top with grated cheese (will melt without putting back in oven).
