- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 2 lemons, grated rind and juice of
- 2 egg whites
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon lemon extract
- 14 cup shredded coconut
Directions

1Beat the egg and yolks.

2Cream the butter and sugar.

3Combine the two mixtures.

4Add the flour and baking powder and mix.

5Put in a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

6Beat the filling ingredients until quite thick.

7Pour over base.

8Beat the egg whites until peaks form, add the sugar and lemon extract.

9Spread on top and sprinkle with coconut Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
