  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 c. fresh cut corn
  • 3 eggs
  • Parmesan cheese

    In a saucepan, melt butter.

    Add flour, sugar and salt; blend well.

    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened.

    Stir in corn.

    Beat eggs until frothy and stir into corn mixture.

    Pour into well-greased 3-quart casserole.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
