- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 3 c. fresh cut corn
- 3 eggs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt butter.

2Add flour, sugar and salt; blend well.

3Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened.

4Stir in corn.

5Beat eggs until frothy and stir into corn mixture.

6Pour into well-greased 3-quart casserole.

7Bake in oven at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

8Remove from oven; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

9Serve hot.
