- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 (8 oz.) c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Combine corn meal, salt and baking soda.

3Stir into corn mixture and pour into lightly greased oblong baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
