- 1 stick butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn mix
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese
Directions

1Saute butter, onion, and green pepper.

2In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cream corn, whole corn, and corn mix.

3Add the sauteed ingredients.

4Pour into a 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13 pan. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
