- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dried onion
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/4 to 1/2 green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

2Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

3Spread cheese on top and bake 30 minutes more, until knife comes out clean.
