  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. dried onion
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/4 to 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

    Spread cheese on top and bake 30 minutes more, until knife comes out clean.
