  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 oz. white raisins
  • 2 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 oz. candied pineapple
  • 1 c. plus 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 oz. lemon flavoring
  • 4 oz. candied cherries
  • pinch of salt

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, beating well.

    Add lemon flavor, then dry ingredients.

    Mix together with chopped fruit and nuts.
