- 6 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Make white sauce by using 2 tablespoons of the melted oleo and blending it with the flour, milk and pepper.

2Cook until thickened; add corn, sugar and salt; mix well.

3Combine bread crumbs with the remaining melted oleo.

4Cover the bottom of the baking dish with a layer of the corn mixture.

5Sprinkle a heavy layer of crumbs over corn.

6Add remaining corn and top with crumbs.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Sprinkle grated cheese over casserole when taken out of oven.
