  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 can Mexican cheese dip

    Mix eggs and oil.

    Fold in cornbread mix, creamed corn and cheese.

    Pour mixture into casserole dish.

    Pour cheese dip on top.

    Bake at 400° for approximately 30 minutes or until done.
