- 1 lb. lean beef
- 1 pkg. tiny egg noodles
- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown lean beef.

2Drain.

3Cook egg noodles and drain.

4Drain corn and tomatoes.

5Chop onion and bell pepper.

6Place all ingredients in large bowl.

7Mix well.

8Add salt and pepper to taste.

9Put into lightly oiled casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.

10Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

11Good with a tossed salad and garlic bread sticks.
