- 1 can whole corn, drained (save juice)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped peppers
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Layer in casserole the first 5 ingredients.

2Mix the sour cream, soup and 1/3 of corn juice; pour evenly over vegetables. Cover top of casserole with cheese and crackers.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
