  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    The last 10 minutes, take out and put grated Cheddar cheese or sliced Cheddar cheese on top.

    Finish baking the last 10 minutes with cheese on top.
