  • 1 cube margarine
  • 1 lb. can creamed corn, drained or 2 c. frozen corn
  • 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 2 beaten eggs (large)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. cubed Jack cheese
  • 4 oz. can chopped chilies

Directions

    Melt margarine in 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish.

    Mix all other ingredients together and pour into casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.
