Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Green Giant Mexican corn
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1/2 small jar chopped pimento
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.

    Mix with remaining ingredients, except cheese.

    Place in casserole and bake at 350° until bubbly.

    Top with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
