- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Green Giant Mexican corn
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1/2 small jar chopped pimento
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in margarine.

2Mix with remaining ingredients, except cheese.

3Place in casserole and bake at 350° until bubbly.
