- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions

1Mix all together, using the cornbread mix dry.

2Bake 1 hour at 350°.

3The last 10 minutes remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.

4Bake 10 more minutes.
