  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 stick margarine, cut up
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake, uncovered,

    at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Or after mixing, refrigerate overnight or until ready to bake, then bake 1 hour at 350°.
