- 1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
- 1/2 (6 oz.) pkg. yellow corn bread mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 2 cans sweet creamed corn
Directions

1Mix softened margarine and corn bread mixes.

2Add egg and milk; stir well.

3Add corn and mix thoroughly.

4Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown and mixture is set (but not as done as corn bread).
