- 3 large eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Flako corn muffin mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can white kernel corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
Directions

1Combine slightly beaten eggs with muffin mix and both cans of corn; mix well.

2Add sour cream and melted butter or margarine. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.

3Top with shredded cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done.

5Cut into squares and serve hot.
