  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all but the cheese together and bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Top with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes longer.
