  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) cream style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (7 oz.) corn muffin mix

Directions

    Combine butter, eggs, whole and cream corn, sour cream and muffin mix in bowl. Mix well. Spoon into a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
