  • 1 large or 2 small onions
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 sticks or less margarine
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Directions

    Saute onions and bell pepper (chopped) in margarine.

    Mix in large bowl corn, eggs, salt and bread mix.

    Then add onions and bell pepper.

    Pour mixture into greased dish and top with grated cheese.

    Bake 25 minutes at 325°.
