- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (use Kraft Deli Deluxe brand)
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans whole kernel corn (drained)
- 10 slices bacon
Directions

1In bowl, combine well beaten eggs, all-purpose flour and sugar.

2Beat thoroughly.

3Tear cheese into small pieces and add, along with the corn.

4Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Stir in 3/4 of bacon.

5Turn mixture into a 10x6 or 1 1/2 qt baking dish. (Use 9x13 if doubled) Sprinkle remaining bacon on top.

6Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes clean. Usually about 30 min (40-45 min if doubled).
