  • 15 ounces corn Kernel
  • 13 ounces cream style corn
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package corn muffin mix

Directions

    Combine all in a large bowl.

    Pour mixture into an 8x8 baking dish

    Bake at 350 for an hour or until golden brown on top.

    omit the sour cream; add cubbed velveta cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper and corn tortillas torn into shreads then fried crispy and drained on paper towels, then add some bacon fried crispy, drained on paper towles then crumbeled into the misture. You may use purchased corn chips but they are not as good Fritos or Doritos.
