  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 (4 ounce) jars pimentos
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 13 cups cheese, divided
  • 1 13 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients in order.

    (Reserve small amount of cheese to place on top).

    Place in a greased 13X9X2 inch casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for approximately one hour or until it sets.

    Sprinkle reserved cheese on top for last five minutes.
